Who Are We?

Mountain Consulting, Inc. (MC), located in historic downtown Dover, Delaware, is a professional services firm, created by its co-owners in 2003. MC entered into the civil engineering arena by initially providing residential land boundary surveys. MC extends services to both public and private clients, as well as nonprofit organizations. We continue to expand our services and are excited about our future. MC has provided services throughout Delaware to local state agencies, private, commercial and residential clients. We offer services relative to land usage and planning from collection of field data to the completion of a project, including design, construction management, and oversight.

We are registered Professional Engineers in Delaware and Maryland. Our survey department has over 20 years of experience. Our Department of Defense (DOD) experience includes Military Housing

Privatization, Resident Construction Management, Contract Program Management, Title II Services, Certified Quality Management (CQM) by the Army Corps of Engineers, and Construction Oversight.
