Mountain Consulting, Inc. has staff that has successfully
completed the Delaware Natural Resources and Environmental
Control (DNREC) training for Certified Construction
Reviewers (CCR).
• The function
of a CCR is to verify, witness, and document that the
construction site is in compliance with Delaware’s
Sediment and Stormwater Regulations and the stormwater
features are built per the approved Sediment and Stormwater
Plans. The Delaware Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook
and Pond Code 378 shall also be considered by the CCR
during the inspection. CCR inspections are typically
performed weekly during construction and within 24 hours
of rain events which create runoff.
• The CCR reports
are reviewed, dated, signed, and sealed by a Professional
Engineer prior to submission to the Delegated Agency
